Upskilling our installers - a Global System training initiative
On September 19th-20th, we organized a training session for our installers aimed at raising their qualifications and ensuring the highest quality of services provided to our Customers. As Global System, a leading manufacturer of fire curtains, fire gates, and smoke curtains, we continuously invest in the development of our team to provide comprehensive service at the highest level.
During the training, our employees had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest solutions in the field of fire getes installation. We placed particular emphasis on issues related to occupational safety and health, which are crucial in our industry. Our experts conducted practical demonstrations of the installation of the Smart EI fire-resistant curtain and the EI fire-resistant sliding gate with a door, which allowed participants to gain valuable practical skills.
Additionally, the training participants learned about a modern IT program dedicated to installers, which will significantly streamline their daily work and increase the efficiency of implemented orders.
The training was also an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss and ask questions, which contributed to deepening knowledge and skills among our employees. After an intense day of classes, we met in the evening for a joint barbecue, which allowed for even better team integration.
