Wheel guides
Description Gallery
Wheel guides properties
Guides are steel elements placed in the docking path of vehicles under the loading ramp. They enable the correct positioning of the transport vehicle in relation to the ramp.
They are made of damage-resistant thick-walled steel pipes, protected against corrosion. Their smooth surface minimizes friction and ensures smooth driving.
Advantages of wheel guides:
- protecting vehicles and buildings from damage
- optimization of docking processes
- facilitating the correct positioning of the vehicle
- long service life
- easy installation
- aesthetic appearance
Construction of wheel guides
The wheel guides are made of thick-walled rounded and straight steel tubes with a diameter of 159 mm. The basis is made of 6 mm thick steel sheets, anchored to concrete foundations.
To increase durability, all elements have been protected against corrosion.
Wheel guide mounting
The wheel guides are available in two mounting versions: for screwing or concreting into the ground. Before installation, a sufficiently durable substrate must be provided.
Hot-dip galvanized wheel guides meet aesthetic requirements, guarantee adequate service life against weather conditions, as well as abrasion of the external protective coating by the tires of the wheels of transport vehicles.
