Loading ramp properties

A loading ramp is a device that creates a bridge between the warehouse hall and the loading space of the vehicle. It enables continuous transshipments, reducing the time of the entire operation. Made in steel or aluminum version from tear sheet with a standard load capacity of 60 kN. It is possible to manufacture a ramp with a higher load capacity of 100 or 120 kN.

Loading ramp with sliding lip

A loading ramp is an electro-hydraulic device that creates a bridge between the warehouse and the vehicle. The non-slip surface of the ramp provides good grip, guaranteeing full safety for people or forklifts moving on it.

Operation of the loading ramp with sliding lip

The operation of the platform and lip is controlled separately, which allows them to be freely positioned. By keeping the button pressed, the platform moves from its resting position until it reaches the correct loading height.

With the push of a lip control button, it moves across the floor of the truck to the desired moment. When the button is released, the platform and lip automatically drop to the level of the vehicle platform.

After the loading or unloading process is completed, the "R" button returns the ramp and lip to the resting position.

The platform and lip are made of high-quality tear plate. This is 6/8 mm sheet metal for the platform and 10/12 mm sheet metal for the lip. Ramps wider than 2000 mm have eight profiles.

The back of the platform is connected to the lower beam by three hinges. The front beam attached to the lower frame provides cover for the hydraulic and mechanical components located under the ramp.

The platform is powered by two chrome-hardened hydraulic cylinders with two seals. The extendable lip is powered by a separate double-acting cylinder.

The hydraulic system is completely enclosed and can work in the most extreme conditions (dirt, dust, sand). The working pressure of the cylinders is ±200 Bar.

A loading ramp with a hinged lip is a specialized device that allows safe and efficient handling of goods between the vehicle and the facility, thanks to its movable platform and flexible sealing lip.

Operation of the loading ramp with hinged lip

The loading ramp with hinged lip is operated at the touch of a button. By holding down the button, the platform rises to the highest position, then opens its lip and drops to the level of the trailer of the truck.

After the loading or unloading process, by holding the button again, the ramp will return to its resting position.

The platform and lip are made of high-quality tear plate. For the platform, it is 6/8 mm sheet metal, and for the lip, 10/12 mm sheet metal. The top of the ramp can be made up of separate sheets.

The platform and lip are connected by hinges. The front beam is attached to the previously concreted structure and provides support for the hydraulic elements of the ramp.

The platform and lip are actuated by hydraulic cylinders. The system is completely enclosed and can operate in difficult conditions (dirt, dust, sand).

The working pressure of the cylinders is ±130 Bar. The hydraulic set is placed under the top of the ramp.
