Properties of an industrial gate

An industrial dock gate is an important part of the warehouse and logistics infrastructure, enabling goods to be transported safely between the ramp and the truck.

Its robust design, functionality and security technologies contribute to increasing operational efficiency and safety of transshipment and storage areas.

A sectional industrial gate is used as an entrance closure in residential buildings, industrial and public buildings, as well as in underground garages.

Various dimensions of the industrial sectional gates allow you to choose the right model tailored to your needs. Sealing the gate around the perimeter provides excellent thermal insulation.

Sectional gate construction

A sectional gate consists of: vertical and/or horizontal ceiling guides, a leaf made of steel panels filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam or glazed aluminium panels.

The industrial gate panel is made of steel sheet, galvanized and painted on both sides with polyester paints, galvanized and painted on both sides, filled with high density PU foam g=42 kg/m3 without HCFC.

The design of the panels ensures durability in extreme working conditions, a 5-layer sheet metal bending system has been used, which ensures stable fastening of the elements.

A flap gasket is installed in the upper part. The inside of the panels is RAL 9002 as standard.

Types of sectional gate:

STL – standard guidance designed for facilities with a typical lintel, where horizontal ceiling guides can be used

LrH – low handling, torsion springs at the rear

LHp – low guidance designed for facilities with low lintel, i.e. underground garages

ELH – low handling, torsion springs at the rear

HL – high guidance designed for facilities with high lintel, most often used in warehouses and halls

HLO – high handling with lowered shaft

HL 2x45 – high guide 2x450

VL – vertical guidance designed for facilities with a very high lintel, used in warehouse and hall facilities, where it is not possible to install horizontal or inclined ceiling guides

VLO – vertical guidance with lowered shaft

STLK – angled guidance for objects with sloping ceilings, the guides run directly under the roof

HLK – angled guidance

LHK – low angled handling

Industrial roller shutter gate BR-100

Roller shutter industrial doors are used as entrance closures in warehouse buildings, industrial plants and farm buildings.

The gate can be installed both inside and outside the building. It is made of aluminum profiles filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam and an integrated drive unit located on a moving shaft.

Sealing the gate around the perimeter provides excellent insulation.

Construction of a roller shutter gate

A roller shutter gate consists of: a gate curtain, aluminum guides, a movable shaft, a box, a bottom profile and a caps.

Industrial roller shutter doors are an alternative for facilities where it is not possible to install ceiling guides.

Aluminum tracks mounted inside the room along the side edges of the opening are equipped with brush seals and slides.

The caps provide a distance between the profiles when rolling up the door curtain, so that the operation of the door is quiet and the service life of the panels is significantly extended.

Roller shutter door winding rings are equipped with protective nylon covers as standard, which minimize scratching of the door curtain.
