- Your data provided to us via our website/contact form/Messenger, the transmission of electronic mail, telephone contact are collected, processed and stored for the purpose of correspondence with you and for the purpose for which they have been made available to us in accordance with Article 6(1)(a). and GDPR Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above purposes. Your data will be processed until the purpose for which they were collected ceases to exist – no longer than 30 days.
- You have the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data: a) access - obtain from the administrator confirmation whether your personal data are being processed. If the data are processed, you have the right to access your personal data and to obtain the following information: about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to
whom the data have been or will be disclosed, about the period of data storage or criteria for determining them, about the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data of the data subject, and to object to such processing (Article 15 of the GDPR); b) to receive a copy of the data — to obtain a copy of the data undergoing processing, the first copy being free of charge and for subsequent copies the controller may impose a reasonable fee, resulting from administrative costs (Article 15(3) of the GDPR); c) to rectify — to request the rectification of personal data concerning him that are incorrect, or the completion of incomplete data (Article 16 of the GDPR); d) to delete data – request the deletion of their personal data, if the administrator no longer has a legal basis for their processing or the data are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing (Article 17 of the GDPR); e) to restrict processing — request the restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR) when: - the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data — for a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the data, - the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes their erasure by requesting the restriction of their use, - the controller no longer needs the data, but they are needed by the data subject to establish, exercise or defend claims, - the data subject has objected to the processing until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the controller override the grounds for objection of the data subject; f) for data portability– to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form the personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to the controller and to request the transfer of such data to another controller if the data are processed on the basis of the data subject's consent or a contract concluded with him or her and if the data are processed by automated means (Article 20 of the GDPR); g) to object — to object to the processing of her personal data for the legitimately justified purposes of the administrator, for reasons related to her particular situation, including profiling. In such a case, the controller assesses the existence of valid legitimate grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of data subjects, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims. If, according to the assessment, the interests of the data subject outweigh the interests of the controller, the controller will be obliged to stop processing the data for these purposes (Article 21 of the GDPR). In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the data subject should contact the controller using the contact details provided and inform him or her of which right and to what extent he or she wishes to exercise. - The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office in Warsaw, Stawki 2 Street, which can be contacted in the following way: 1) by post: Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw; 2) through the electronic mailbox available on the website: https://www.uodo.gov.pl/pl/ p/contact; 3) by phone: (22) 531 03 00.
- Based on your personal data, the Administrator will not make automated decisions towards you, including decisions resulting from profiling*.
*Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data that involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal factors of a natural person, in particular to analyze or forecast aspects concerning the work of that natural person, his economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement.
